Do Katie Kime cases fit the iPhone 18?
Yes. Every print in the Fall Case Shop is cut for the iPhone 18 lineup, including the 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max, with precise camera and port openings. Older iPhone sizes are still available on each product page under the device menu.
What is the difference between the Tough and MagSafe Tough case?
Both are dual-layer cases with a hard printed shell over a shock-absorbing liner and raised edges around the screen and camera. The MagSafe Tough adds a built-in magnet ring so it snaps onto MagSafe chargers, wallets and mounts. Choose it if you use any MagSafe accessory.
How are the fall prints made?
Each case is printed to order in the USA from Katie Kime's hand-drawn artwork, the same toiles, stripes and motifs you'll find on our wallpaper and pajamas. Prints wrap the full back and sides of the case with a glossy, scratch-resistant finish.
How long does a phone case take to ship?
Cases are made to order and ship in 3 to 5 business days. Standard shipping adds 3 to 7 business days depending on where you are. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Do the fall prints come on Kindle cases too?
Yes. Most fall prints are also available as Kindle Paperwhite cases in three sizes: Kindle (11th Gen, 2022/2024), Paperwhite (11th Gen, 2021 and Kids Edition), and Paperwhite (12th Gen, 2024) / Colorsoft. Check Settings > Device Options > Device Info on your Kindle to confirm your model before ordering.
Can I return or exchange a phone case?
Unpersonalized cases can be exchanged or returned within 30 days in unused condition. Personalized cases with initials or a monogram are made just for you and are final sale. If your case arrives damaged or doesn't fit, contact customerservice@katiekime.com and we'll make it right.
