Hand wash delicate or embroidered cocktail napkins in cold or lukewarm water, or machine wash them in a mesh laundry bag on a gentle/delicate cycle.

Tumble dry on a low-heat setting or air dry them flat.

Iron on the reverse (back) side of the fabric while it is still damp, using a medium-to-high heat setting with steam to restore a crisp finish.

For embroidered pieces, always iron face-down on a soft towel to protect the decorative threads.
