Shipping & Returns
- We are happy to offer our customers an extended return and exchange window for the holiday season. Orders placed between November 1 and December 31 will be eligible for return or exchange through January 31.
- Our normal return policy is 30 days.

- Items damaged through normal wear and tear

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Request Return or Exchange here
- If requesting an exchange, we will issue you a pre-paid return shipping label
- Once we receive your item, you new item will automatically get produced and shipped out
- If requesting a return, you will be responsible for return shipping cost
- Once we receive your item, we will automatically refund the cost back to your original form of payment. Please allow 3-7 days for the refund to show up on financial institutions bank statement.

For gift returns, please select "start a gift return" below the initial order look up. For gift returns you will need the order number and email used with the purchase, this can be located on the packing slip included in your shipment. Please email email@example.com if you can not locate this information and we would be happy to help you.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Custom Orders (if applicable)
Custom items may not be refunded due to the customization to the product. This includes monogramming and wallpaper.
Wallpaper is made to order and is therefore not eligible for return or refund. Please allow 2-3 weeks for production.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We are happy to exchange your non-custom item within 30 days of purchase. Please complete the exchange form linked above.
Changes to Orders
If your order has already been placed, it may be difficult for us to guarantee any changes to your order details, including changing the shipping address. Please ensure that your purchase and your billing and shipping addresses are 100% correct prior to submitting your order. Thank you for your consideration!
