Peel and Stick Removable Chic Wallpaper
What Is Peel And Stick Wallpaper?
Peel and stick wallpaper is a self-adhesive wall covering that goes up without paste, water, or professional installation. The backing peels away to reveal a pressure-sensitive adhesive, letting you press the panel directly onto your wall and reposition it as needed until you get the placement just right.
Traditional wallpaper bonds permanently to your walls and often requires a steamer or chemical stripper to remove. Peel and stick panels come off cleanly and without damage, making the format especially popular for accent walls, rental spaces, and anyone who likes refreshing their interiors more than once every decade.
So, what makes Katie Kime's wallpaper different? Our version of this format goes a step further by printing original, in-house designs onto a textured, matte-finish material with a slight woven weave. The result is a wall covering that feels elevated rather than temporary, bringing the same print quality found across the brand's apparel and home decor lines directly onto your walls.
What Makes Katie Kime's Removable Wallpaper Different?
We've been designing original prints since 2013, and that design-first foundation shows in every wallpaper panel. The collection spans over 144 SKUs, each rooted in the brand's signature blend of classic prep and bold color.
Original, In-House Prints
Every pattern in the collection is designed by Katie Kime herself, not sourced from a stock library. From the brand's iconic city toiles to its botanical and animal prints, each design carries a distinct point of view that mass-market wallpaper brands simply cannot replicate.
A City Toile Series Built On Place And Story
The brand's city toile prints transform recognizable landmarks and local icons into illustrated wall art. Austin, Nashville, New York, Charleston, and over a dozen other cities are represented, making these prints deeply personal for anyone with a connection to a particular place.
Multiple Colorways Per Design
Most prints are offered in three to seven color options, from hunter green and navy to blush, citron, and multi. This gives buyers the flexibility to match their existing space without having to compromise on the pattern they love.

Before placing a full order, customers can request free wallpaper samples using code SAMPLES. Seeing the actual texture and color in your own lighting makes the decision significantly easier and more confident.
Which Rooms Work Best With Temporary Wallpaper?
Peel and stick wallpaper is versatile enough to work in nearly every room of the house, but some spaces benefit from it more than others.
Bedrooms
A single printed accent wall behind the bed can completely transform the feel of a bedroom without a full renovation. Our floral and botanical prints blend well in this space by adding warmth and personality.
Nurseries And Kids' Rooms
Spaces designed for children change quickly as kids grow, making peel and stick wallpaper a practical choice for parents who want flexibility. Playful prints like Spring Pineapples, Animal Kingdom, and Friendship Bracelet bring color and whimsy to a nursery.
Home Offices
A printed wall behind a desk adds visual interest to video calls and gives a home office a more curated, designed feel. Geometric and stripe patterns work especially well in this context.
Entryways And Powder Rooms
Small spaces are low-risk places to go bold. An entryway or powder room requires fewer panels than a full room, making it an affordable way to experiment with a statement print.
Is Peel And Stick Wallpaper A Good Fit For Renters?
Renters have traditionally been limited to paint and a few carefully placed frames. Peel and stick wallpaper has changed that entirely, offering a way to make a rental feel genuinely personal without violating lease terms.
Katie Kime's peel and stick panels are designed to come off cleanly without leaving residue or pulling paint from the wall. Unlike paint or traditional wallpaper, peel and stick panels can be removed and potentially reused in your next space.
How Do You Apply And Remove Adhesive Wallpaper?
Prepare Your Walls First
Clean, smooth, and fully dry walls give the adhesive the best surface to grip. Freshly painted walls should cure for at least 30 days before applying panels.
Start From The Top And Work Down
Peel back a few inches of the backing at the top of the panel and align it carefully before pressing down. Smooth the panel downward using a flat tool or your hand, releasing more backing as you go to avoid air bubbles.
Removal Is Just As Simple
When you are ready for a change, peel each panel back slowly from a corner at a low angle. This releases the adhesive gradually and cleanly, leaving your walls free of residue.
