Merchandise eligible for return must be unused, unworn, and in good condition with original hangtags and/or packaging and must be returned within 30 days.
Katie Kime merchandise purchased at independent department stores, boutiques or through re-sellers must be returned to the location where it was purchased.
In the case of items damaged during shipment, please immediately contact our customer service department at customerservice@katiekime.com with pictures.
EXCHANGES
To make an exchange, please use this form. Note that items can only be exchanged for the value they were purchased at, with the option to pay the difference for a higher-priced item. Final sale items are not eligible for exchange. Once we receive and inspect the item, your new item(s) will be produced and shipped out. Katie Kime is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping, so please pack items carefully and track all shipments.
RETURNS
To make a return, please use this form. Note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/refund. If your return is approved, you can expect a refund to the original payment method used for purchase within 7 business days. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
GIFT RETURNS
For gift returns or exchanges, please use this form and select "Start a Gift Return". You'll be able to complete your return without your gift giver being notified and you can update to your shipping address.
If you need the order number, click on "Don't have your order information?" and complete the form. Katie Kime merchandise purchased at independent department stores, boutiques or through re-sellers must be returned to the location where it was purchased.
If you are returning an item that was given to you as a gift, you will receive an e-gift card for the value of the returned item. We cannot issue refunds to a credit card that isn't the original payment method, or provide cash for gift returns.
WALLPAPER
Wallpaper (Traditional, Peel & Stick, and Samples) is not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Due to the print-on-demand nature of our wallpaper products, we highly recommend calculating your coverage from the product page of the specific design you want to use and/or referring to your wallpaper installer to help determine the number and size of rolls needed for your specific project. We are unable to restock our made-to-order wallpaper rolls.
We inspect every order before sending it to you, and you should inspect your wallpaper immediately upon receiving it. In the unlikely event of your item getting damaged in transit, please email us with photos of the damage within 7 days of receiving your wallpaper. If the product has been damaged during shipment, a claim will need to be filed with the courier.
If during the process of installation your wallpaper appears to be faulty, please stop installing the wallpaper immediately and take a few images of the issue. Then remove the wallpaper before the paste dries and get in touch with us as soon as possible.
Katie Kime is not responsible for any costs related to installation or removal of wallpaper.
