Shipping & Returns
Katie Kime offers flat rate shipping within the continental United States for most orders, excluding Furniture. All other locations and countries are subject to standard shipping rates and any applicable duties and taxes.
Katie Kime shipping policies are subject to change and may be revoked at any time. Katie Kime reserves the right to charge shipping on orders that require extra attention or care.
Standard Katie Kime orders require 2-3 days to be processed and usually ship within 5-7 days. Please note that all custom bright bar, clothing, linens, wallpaper, and fabric orders take more time to process and generally ship within 7-10 days.
Furniture is made to order and ships in 4-6 weeks. Please note that depending on the project and level of customization, furniture orders may take more time to ship.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase or if it was a custom order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Custom Orders (if applicable) Custom items may not be refunded due to the customization to the product. This includes monogramming and wallpaper.
Exchanges (if applicable) We are happy to exchange your non-custom item within 30 days of purchase. Please mail your original item back at the address above and let us know how we can replace it for you.
Changes to Orders If your order has already been placed, it may be difficult for us to guarantee any changes to your order details, including changing the shipping address.
