What case types do you offer?+
We offer two case types — Tough and MagSafe Tough. Both are dual-layer with a soft TPU liner and a hard polycarbonate shell, drop-tested for daily wear. MagSafe Tough adds aligned magnets for full MagSafe accessory support and wireless charging compatibility.
Are your phone cases compatible with wireless charging?+
Only the MagSafe Tough option is compatible with wireless charging. With the Tough case, the phone will need to be removed to charge wirelessly.
Are your phone cases MagSafe compatible?+
Yes — magnets are aligned for full MagSafe accessory and charger support.
Will my phone get hot in the case?+
No. Our cases are designed to dissipate heat — they won't trap warmth from wireless charging or extended use.
Is the camera well protected?+
Yes. The raised camera bezel sits flush above the lenses to keep them safe when the phone is set face-down or in a bag.
How protective are your phone cases?+
Dual-layer construction with shock-absorbent corners. Drop-tested for daily wear without the bulky look.
What are your phone cases made of?+
A hard polycarbonate outer shell paired with a soft TPU inner liner. Prints are applied with a UV process that resists fading and peeling.
Do you accept returns?+
Personalized cases (monogram, name, custom design) are final sale. Non-personalized phone cases can be returned within 30 days if unworn and undamaged.

Our phone cases are built to last — and we stand behind them for life. If the construction or print ever fails under normal daily use (peeling, fading, cracking, separating), reach out and we'll replace it.
This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. It does not cover loss, theft, or intentional damage.
To file a claim, email customer service with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Orders need 2-3 business days of processing before they ship. Shipping time below doesn't include processing days.
