    SHIPPING

    Once your item has been shipped, please allow 2-3 business days for tracking to update. Katie Kime reserves the right to charge shipping on orders that do not follow this policy. 

    RETURNS

    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase or if it was a custom order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If there is damage to the box, you must take photos of the damage for record before mailing back.

    Sale items 
    Sale items may be exchanged, but not returned. Final Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. 

    Damages/Defects
    If an item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at customerservice@katiekime.com within 14 days of arrival.

    Gifts
    Non personalized gifts are eligible for exchanges or store credit within 30 days of product receipt.

    PROCESS

    • Complete the Returns and Exchange Request Form below or request a form from customerservice@katiekime.com.
    • Once submitted, you will receive an email response from Customer Service within 1-2 business days, including instructions.
    • Approved Exchanges
      • We will provide you with a pre-paid Return Label
      • Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will process the replacement order, within 1-2 business days.
      • Standard production times apply to exchanges.
    • Approved Returns
      • Shipping will be paid for by the customer.
      • Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will process the refund within 1-2 business days.
      • You will receive an email confirmation that the refund has been processed.
      • Please allow 5-10 business days to see the credit on your credit card or bank statement.
